OLD FARTS LUNCHEON MEETINGS
Quite a few of the ex Club Members keep in contact and meet at a restaurant called Fish Lovers in Rosalie on the first Wednesday of each month for lunch and trip down memory lane. They reminisce about the good old days when they were hitting a little black ball all those years ago, firstly at Hope Street then later at the Gabba.
They generally have lunch and wash it down with a few quite drinks. They started meeting about three years ago and the three ex members that started having lunch were Ken Fraser, Dave Prickett and Richard Arnold, the numbers have grown in the last 12 months or so.
Some of the people that now join Ken, Dave and Richard, when they haven’t got other commitments, are Peter Land, Bob McCormick, Peter Creevey, Ron Baranoff, Greg Baker, Des Crabbe, Alan Frost, Noel Farthing, Peter Skelly, Bob & Paul Finch, Tom Connor, Santo Coco & Chris Whight.
